Processing Time

 

All products are custom-made to order.

 

- Production typically takes 3–7 business days after order confirmation and artwork approval (if applicable).

- During peak wedding seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

 

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Time

 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

- International: 5–12 business days (where offered)

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Partners

 

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely. The specific carrier may vary depending on destination and order size.

 

Tracking

 

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

 

Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

If an incorrect address is provided:

- we are not responsible for lost deliveries, and

- additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays Outside Our Control

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- courier disruptions

- customs processing

- severe weather

- peak seasonal demand

- incorrect customer information

 

However, we will always do our best to assist in tracking delayed shipments.

 

International Duties and Taxes

 

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

- clear photos (if damaged)

- description of the issue

 

We will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
